On October 22nd, Jason and I were invited to a birthday/Halloween party of a friend in our ward. I dressed up, but my husband wouldn't. He's such a party pooper when it comes to dressing up. Oh well, maybe next year. We had a great time at the party though. A lot of our friends were there in costume and we played some games and ate yummy appetizers.

Jason was a competitor in the pie eating contest. He was the only guy in his group so all of the girls volunteered him for that portion of the games. What a lucky guy!
I also participated in the games. I had to drink a can of V-8 juice and I like the stuff but not enough to down it the fastest. I gave my camera to Jason to snap a picture but he didn't.

Another game. They had to smell certain things and guess what the item was. My team totally rocked. We won the competition!
