This was Daxon's 2nd year of playing basketball and he was so excited. He started playing six weeks ago and had his last game on the 19th of February. This year he was in the k-1 league so he played with kindergartners and 1st graders. The hoops were a little taller, the rules a little different and they could only play with five players on the court at a time. The games were also longer. They were 30 minutes and divided into six 5 minute sections. So the players got to play at least 3 sections. It worked out pretty good and Dax had a great time. He was also really lucky this year because his dad was his coach and he had two of his friends on his team. He loved playing and couldn't wait each week for his game.

Dax is also playing coach pitch this year. They had player evaluations this day so he's warming up with his dad. He was really nervous about playing in front of the coaches but he did really good.
