Hudson Glade Daley!!

Our adorable, healthy, baby boy! He joined our family on the 19th of September. I can't believe he's already 6 weeks old! I thought I better start posting some pictures of him since he is already a month old :)

September 19th, 2011
I actually went into labor on my own this time and was having contractions pretty much all day. They started getting more painful and closer together around 5 p.m. and my mom kept telling we should go to the hospital and I kept telling her I was fine. Yeah, not the best judgement on my part. Finally, around 6:15 I decided that it was time. Jason was at soccer practice with Afton so I called him and then my mom and I dropped the boys off at our friends the Fallentine's. Jason took Afton there too and then met us at the hospital. I checked into the hospital around 6:45 and then about a half an hour later Hudson was born. Good thing I didn't wait any longer!! No drugs and I survived again. The birth went great and he was perfect! He was born at 7:19 p.m. He weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.

So precious!

He came out with tons of hair and super chubby cheeks. He looks so much like Logan when he was born.
Love his little short legs!
Our whole family!

Me and Hudson

September 21st, 2011
Dax and Hudson. He actually wanted to hold him today. In the hospital, he had no desire to hold him. I don't think Dax likes hospitals very much. He was worried about me when I was there.

September 22nd
It's so cute to see them asleep.
a little gas bubble smile

An awesome double chin
I had to take this one of Logan. He had fallen asleep on the ground and had marks from the carpet on his cheek and a little plastic price tag thing stuck to his face. So Funny!
Emma and Hudson
Hudson's all natural faux hawk. Right after we wash his hair it stands straight up. My mom said that's what my hair did when I was a baby too. My dad use to call me "butch" because of my crazy hair.

October 4th
Had to show off the AC/DC shirt
Afton and Hudson. she is such a great big sister and an amazing helper. She loves holding him.

Hudson's Blessing
On October 9th we blessed Hudson. Jason blessed him in our ward and both of our parents were able to be there so it was extra special. Those who stood in the circle were Jason, Bishop Williams, Mike Daley, Rex Daley, Rick Phillips, Jeff Black and Layne Campbell. I do have to mention one part of the blessing. When Jason was blessing him he said something about Hudson's brothers and sisters, so of course I caught the "sisters" part and mentioned it in my testimony that I guess we're not done having kids because apparently there is a little girl still waiting to join our family :) I don't think Jason liked that too much.

My mother-in-law got his cute little blessing outfit and shoes and made his super soft blessing blanket. She is so awesome!
Lovin the converse
His clothes were just a little big since he was only 3 weeks when we blessed him. We decided to bless him that early because my dad was driving out to pick up my mom and we wanted to have them here for the blessing. My in-laws flew out for the blessing as well. It was so nice to have them here for such a special day.
Get me out of these clothes already!
One of the family

I had to get some pics of the kiddos with their grandparents. I just wish I could've got them all together. The two younger ones were sleeping and then Afton and Dax left for school.
