This year Daxon got to have a birthday party with his friends. Usually we're in Utah, so he doesn't get to have a party with his friends and since we were back at home for his birthday we decided he could have a party. I was going to do something small and simple, but as I started planning it just kept getting bigger. He invited about ten friends over and we played a few games. He picked "Duck, duck, goose" and then we had a scavenger hunt. After the games, we sent this kids outside to the bounce house. We were very lucky and the weather was perfect, so the bounce house was a hit. We got a Scooby Doo bounce house and Dax loved it. He actually had a whole variety of themes for his birthday. He had a basketball cake, speedracer plates, transformer invitations. He just couldn't decide on one thing. After the kids played outside for a while, everyone came in for some pizza and then we opened presents and had cake and ice cream. Dax had a great time at his birthday party and it turned out to be a great day.
The friends that were able to come to Daxon's party were: Emma, Paris, Brenden, Sophia, Chase, Halle, and Garrett. Jody, Aaron, Jared and Adam came too.
