Dax turns FoUr!

I can't believe it but my Dax is 4 years old! It's so crazy that he's that old. He turned 4 on the 4th of January. And he's been very lucky because he's already gotten like three birthday parties and one more still to come. We just celebrated his birthday with our own family. He opened his presents in the morning, then we went to church at 1 p.m. We definitely weren't looking forward to afternoon church. Dax went to Sunbeams for the very first time. He was so excited, although he fell asleep during Sacrament meeting so we had to wake him up. But he was very excited and had a great time and loved getting sung to for his birthday. After church, we had a yummy dinner which Daxon picked--pork chops, salad, rolls, and broccoli/cauliflower cheesy dish. Then we baked his birthday brownies and sang to him once more. We love this little guy. He keeps us entertained all of the time and is constantly making us laugh. He says the funniest things. At times he can be a little crazy and wild, but we wouldn't want him any other way. We love that he's so full of life. Some of the things he likes right now: the Utah Jazz, his girlfriend Avery, playing and watching basketball, star wars and transformers, wearing basketball attire 24/7, scooby doo, picking on his sister and little brother, always wearing a white shirt and tie to church just like his daddy, making mommy sleep by him for 5 minutes every night, eating snacks all day long, chewing gum and lollipops, trucks and trains, showing his cheesy smile for pictures and making us laugh a lot.

Having fun on his birthday!
I was going to do a collage picture of Dax from birth to now, but I'd have to scan in his first year of pictures and I'm too lazy to do that right now, so I'm just posting one of my very favorite pictures of Dax. He's about 18 months old in this picture. Isn't he the cutest little boy?! I can't believe how much hair he had and look at those big dark eyes.
