Well, our Valentine's day wasn't too exciting this year. Jason and I decided to just make it a family day instead of going out on a hot date. We figured we got our date the night before at Prom, so we thought it would be fun to hang out with the kids. In the morning, the kids went on a little heart scavenger hunt for their valentine's. They got some yummy candy, balloons, and the movie "Madagascar 2". Then we loaded everyone up in the car and went to McDonald's for lunch (we let the kids choose where they wanted to eat). After lunch we went to Build-a-Bear because Dax had a gift card from his b-day that needed to be used. And it reminded me how much I hate going to the mall. The place was a zoo! I couldn't believe how many people were there. It was crazy! After the mall, we stopped by the Daley's to drop off some Valentine's and then headed home so the kids could watch their new movie. They had been dying to watch it all day long. Well, Afton couldn't wait. We didn't see it in the theater, so she was so excited to watch it. That girl loves to watch movies. She reminds me of her aunt Jessie.
