Afton had her first t-ball game last Saturday, and they take their baseball seriously around here. We had to be to the field at 7:30 A.M. for pictures and then they had an opening ceremony where they introduced all the baseball players by name. Not just t-ball, little league also. So it took forever, but Afton's team was first and she was so excited when they said her name. They had them lined up at 3rd base and when they said their name they ran to home plate. Afton had a big smile on her face the whole time. After the opening ceremonies, Afton's team, The Knights, had thier first game. She had such a great time. She was pitcher one time so she got a lot of balls hit to her. And she did pretty good hitting the ball too. T-ball age is so much fun to watch. We just laughed the whole time. They're so funny! None of them pay attention and they do the funniest things. When they run into home plate on the last batter, it's like a game of tag to get by the catcher. As long as they're all having a good time that's all that matters and Afton had so much fun. She loves playing.

Very cute. I wish I could see one of her games. I bet she had fun though.
