Vaccinations!

So it's been awhile....again since I've posted anything. One of these days I'll get on the ball about posting pictures when I take them. I need to be more like you Misty. You're so good about getting your pictures up in a timely manner. Anyway, we had a lot going on this last week. Last Friday, I took Afton down to the Public Health Dept. to get her immunizations for Kindergarten. And she was not looking forward to it at all. Who would? But I have to say that we have one brave little trooper. She was actually due for 6 shots, but I wanted to spare her as much pain as possible so she only got three. She just got the ones she needed for Kindergarten. And she didn't cry until the last shot which was a little more painful than the rest. And she only really cried for a few minutes. She did so good! I was so proud of her. The day after her shots, I felt so bad for her. Her arm was all red and swollen and warm to the touch. But she said it didn't hurt, it just looked horrible. Poor kids. The sacrifices they have to make to go to school.

Nothing like ice cream to make it feel better. So I have a question for all of you. Lately, I've had so many people tell me they think that Afton looks like Sandra Bullock. What do you think? Is there a resemblance? At first, I didn't really think so, but now that I look at pictures and her I have to say that she does kind of remind of Sandra Bullock.
