This last weekend was so busy. We had a lot going on and usually we're pretty boring people, so it was very chaotic for us. On Friday, the 9th, it was our Ward's father-son campout, so Jason and Dax headed off for some camping fun that night. Dax was so excited. I think he'd been talking about his campout with daddy for like weeks. And of course Jason didn't take any pictures so sorry no photos of their campout. Jason said that Dax had a great time and he even cashed out early. I guess he was pretty tired. Jason said that he came up to him and said, "Daddy, I'm tired. Can I go to bed?" Afton had a sleepover with her friend Paris while the boys were away. She was so excited to have a sleepover and was constantly talking about what they were going to do, play, watch, eat, etc. She kept asking me if it was the day for her sleepover yet and I'd have to keep telling her "No, not for a few more days." But the day finally came and Afton and Paris had lots of fun.

On Saturday, the 10th, Afton had a t-ball game, a birthday party and then we went to a Modesto Nuts game. Yes, it was a very busy day. Afton's entire team went to the Nuts game. They are a minor league baseball team in Modesto. They allow a couple of t-ball or little league teams to meet the players and then run onto the field with them when they are introducing the Nut's players. Afton got to run out with the 2nd baseman. She also got a few autographs on her hat. And she was so proud and kept showing them to me. Her coach set this all up for their team. She has a really great coach. He even paid for all of the kids to get in and for them to have some food. He's so good with all of the kids. And Afton adores him.

Wow sounds like you guys are busy as ever too!! I love all your pictures...Afton's Tee Ball is so professional! How fun for them to go to a game..and run onto the field! I bet they loved it!
