ballet pictures

Afton's ballet class had pictures taken in the beginning of May, so she got to get all dressed up in her costume and she got to wear makeup and do her hair really cute. She was very excited to wear her costume and put some makeup on. That girl loves her makeup. She doesn't get to wear it but she's always wanting to put some on. And I'm still trying to figure out where she got that obsession from because it definitely didn't come from me. Since I'm not so talented in the hair and makeup department, I had my really good friend Amber help me out. She came over a couple of hours before Afton's pictures and went to work on Afton. And the end result was so Awesome! Afton looked so adorable. Amber did these little twists in her hair and then pulled it all up into a ponytail and then curled the ends under. It was so cute and it worked for her hair since it's so short. She's suppose to have it in a bun for her recital so we'll see how that goes. The makeup was unbelievable. I know you don't really want to see your 6 year old with makeup on, but she looked so darn cute and Amber did an amazing job. Thanks so much for helping me out. You saved my life! If I would have had to do that myself poor little Afton would have probably been crying. Thanks again Amber! You're the Best!! Oh and I have to thank my mom too because when she was down visiting she altered Afton's costume for me. It was pretty big, so we had to take it in. My mom did her sewing magic and it fit Afton a lot better. Thanks mom!

The cute do and she also got some glitter around her eyes which she loved and then when we got there and no one else had the glitter, she started to rub it all off.
