class picnic

On May 20th, a few days before the last day of school, Afton's kindergarten class had a picnic. Jason and I were both able to go and help out. It turned out to be lots of fun and Afton was so excited to have both her parents there. They all got to bring a lunch and sat outside on a big blanket together. Then we played some fun relay games. First we played a dress up game. They had to put on some of Jason's big clothes and run to a cone and back and then we did sack races. After the relay games, Mrs. Nightengale had this huge beach ball that the kids got to chase around and try to throw to one another. What a fun day!
