Meeting D-Will!

I know it's been awhile since my last post and I apologize.  I'm actually visiting family in Utah and I have lots to post, but for now this one is for my husband.  On Thursday, Deron Williams from the Utah Jazz was signing autographs at a Grand opening at Sam's club.  And being the best wife eve,r I told Jason I'd go on his behalf.  So I took Dax with me to see D-Will.   Dax was super excited and was in all of his Jazz gear.  Kari, my sister-in-law, and her little girl, Kya, went with me and Dax.  We got there pretty early and were the first ones there.  I didn't know what to expect because i've never done this before, but we were pretty early.  We ended up being about 4th or 5th in line.  And Kari got some great pictures for me.  Dax was pretty shy or maybe he was in awe.  But Deron was really cool with him.  He patted him on the head and made sure that he had on his jersey.  It was pretty cool and I'm glad that we went.  But Jason you owe me big time!

Dax and Kya hanging out waiting patiently for d-will.

D-will getting interviewed by the news.  I thought that maybe we'd be on the news cuz the camera guys were filming Dax but I didn't get a chance to watch it so who knows if we made it on tv or not.

I wish that he would've invited Dax to come and stand by him but they were pushing us through the line pretty quickly.

I love this picture.  Thanks Kari!  Look how huge his hand is on Daxon's head!  He was really awesome with Dax. The Jazz Bear (their mascot) came over and I told D-will that Dax was scared of the bear and deron told him the bear was nice and he shouldn't be scared of him because he's his buddy.   Later Dax told me he wasn't scared of the Jazz Bear because he's d-will's buddy.

Signing autographs for us.  He signed a jersey that Jason wants to frame and put in the boys room and he signed a basketball for Jason's cousin Adam.
