On Tuesday, July 15th, we went to the Thanksgiving point Children's garden. My mom rode along with us and we met up with my sister and her kids and Kari and Kya. I've been to this place once before but no one else had ever been, so I thought it would be fun to take the kids there. They had a great time. They have this huge Noah's Ark that's surrounded by a foot of water and the kids were all just running around and splashing in it. There were also a few little water fountains. Logan had fun playing with these. They would shoot up water and he'd crawl over and try to get it. It was pretty cute!

After playing on Noah's Ark, we went for walk through the children's garden. It's filled with lots of fun stuff. They have a bear cave and a miniature lighthouse. There are a couple of ponds with Lilly pads. There is also a Caterpillar (made out of metal, too hot for the kids to climb on) and everything is surrounded by gorgeous flowers. It was all very pretty! They even have some pretty awesome waterfalls. We were on our way to see them when a worker stopped us and informed us that we had to pay to see them. We paid to get into the children's garden, but I guess it doesn't cover all of the gardens. Which I thought was a little ridiculous. So we had to make our way back to our cars and we sort of made a little detour by the waterfalls. The kids thought they were really cool.
