Utah--Alpine slide and Heber Creeper

Well, I've got more Utah pictures. I know I'm sorry, but I've still got like two more weeks worth of Utah pics. I take way too many pictures! On Thursday (7/3), we headed up to Park city for some shopping and fun on the Alpine Slide. Believe or not this was my first time on the slide. I've never done it before and I thought that was pretty funny since I grew up in Utah. I guess I never was really interested in it, but it was lots of fun. I don't know if it was worth the price, but it was fun. We asked Afton and Dax if they wanted to go with Jason and I and at first they were like "No Way!", but then they saw that Dylen and Kya were going so they changed their minds. Afton went with me and Jason took Dax. We tried to race each other, but the boys beat us. Afton didn't really want to go too fast. So we took our time getting down the mountain. By the way, none of these pictures are mine. I got them from Misty and Kari's blogs. Thanks guys!

Me and Afton riding on the ski lift to the slide. Isn't Afton styling in Dylen's sunglasses?

Everyone pulling their sleds to the slide.

Kristina, Afton and me at the bottom of the slide.

Dylen and Afton. She was so nice to share her sunglasses with Afton.

After having fun on the slide and then doing some shopping at the outlets, me and Jason and Misty and Kristina headed to Heber for the rehearsal dinner for Luke's wedding. They had the dinner on the Heber Creeper and this was another first for me. I've never ridden on the Heber Creeper before and now I know why. That thing really does creep and it has creepy conductors on it. Misty and Kristina can back me up on this one. We were just sitting there minding our own business and the conductor stopped right in front of us and proceeded to use some awesome pick up lines on us. The best ones were, "Yeah, so the other day I had like two people tell me I look like Johnny Depp." That's how he started the conversation with us and FYI he does not look like Johnny Depp. Another one, "I have my own house. It has like ten bedrooms and 7 bathrooms." It was pretty hilarious. And Jason thought it was so funny. He wouldn't come to our rescue. I guess it was the highlight of the train ride. This conductor guy was so weird and said some of the weirdest things. I wish I could remember them all. Misty do you remember any? Anyway, the dinner was awesome. They had these purple mashed potatoes that were to die for. Really yummy! And the bride and groom were so cute together. They are both just really beautiful people. Seriously, they could be supermodels.

Jason and I on the train. Jason looks so happy to be there.

This picture is so funny I had to share. The guy in the background is a movie star. Jason and I didn't know him but Misty and Kristina were star struck. He is in High School musical. He is the some coach in the movie. Sorry don't know his movie name. And that's his wife right in front of him and I kept looking at her and thinking she looks so familiar. Where do I know her from. Yep, she's an actress too. Her name is Robin Lively and she was in a few Disney shows and in Karate Kid 3. So we were pretty much hanging out with famous people. You're probably wondering why they were there. Apparently, he is LDS and served his mission in Montana where the groom is from and he owns a bed and breakfast in Midway where the wedding was. So that's why they were there.
