Utah-- a day of 4-wheeling and cabin building

The day after the wedding, everyone went down to Sanpete for some fun. Rex and Sharon are building a cabin there so Jason has been helping his dad with it. Everyone else decided to lend a hand and then do some 4-wheeling. My parents even joined in on the fun. My dad brought his 4-wheeler and helped on the cabin. The kids had lots of fun going for rides on the wheelers. Rex has a rhino too and the kids loved that, except when their daddy was driving it. When we first got there Jason took me and Afton and Dax for a ride on it and scared the living daylights out of the kids and me. He was just going too fast and running into branches and trees. I'm sure I would've enjoyed it more when we were first married with no kids, but once you have kids things change. Afton and Dax were screaming at him to take them back, but of course he wouldn't. Dax was yelling at him and using some choice language. It was great. I think his words were, "Daddy you stupid, idiot. Daddy shut-up." Yeah he really has a way with words. It was actually kind of funny. He just kept saying "idiot" really loud. The day turned out really nice. The kids had fun and they got what they needed to get done on the cabin. And it's looking really good. I'm excited for some fun family adventures there. Thanks Rex for all of your hard work. And thanks to everyone else who helped that day.

I love this picture! Dax fell asleep when we went for our little ride up Wales canyon. They all look so cute in their helmets. Although they didn't like them too much. Everytime they'd hit a bump, Afton and Dylen would bonk their helmets together.
