Signs

On Monday, December 22nd, we made some Welcome Home signs for my little sister who returned home from her mission. The kids had a great time drawing, writing and doodling all over the signs. Afton and Abby got to write on one sign all by themselves and they were so proud of themselves. They did a great job!

Our finished product! They turned out really cute and the kids were really excited to go to the airport the next day and hold up their signs.

Afton and Abby. I love that they are so close in age. They just love each other so much.

They were actually all looking up. It was a miracle! (Afton, Abby, Emma, Tred, Dax and Logan)

Later that day we went to my mom's to help her make another poster. And Logan had lots of fun on her dining room table.... while she was trying to make the poster. He was dancing and loving every minute of it. He is so funny! He loves to dance, so he was putting on a show for all of us. And then my mean husband was teasing my mom's cat, Silvester.

They kids were very hyper on the way back to my in-laws. Can you tell? Well, maybe it was just Afton. I think she was a little loopy from the laughing gas at the dentist's office. We took her in that morning to get two more cavities filled. Now she's got a total of ten cavities! She's definitely the winner in our family so far. At the dentist office they gave her a pink nose to wear which is hooked up to the laughing gas. It was bubble gum flavor and she actually got to keep the pink part. She said that she was going to use it every time her daddy tooted! And she did. Man, where can I get one of those?
